This Magical Cake Shop Proves “Small is Beautiful”
What is that special something that makes small businesses so extraordinary? You might find the answer somewhere in the sugary shelves of Dafna’s Cheesecake Factory.
For owner Anne Lev, running her cheesecake shop is a labor of love. Her legendary sweets have made her business one of the most beloved spots in Liverpool, England.
But Anne understands that it isn’t just what she sells that matters—it’s how she sells it, too. “If you’re this small, then you—the one who started the business—can be there most of the time, and that is important to people,” Anne explains. “It’s very important, when they come in, that they find me there.”
