The backend of Zoho is a bit over crowded and can be a little challenging to use, customers also reported. “It’s hard to integrate with other programs such as Outlook,” one user on GetApp said. 

While Zoho also has a number of integrations with payment gateways, G Suite, and document apps as well as other integrations and Zoho’s own apps, users have said they want more options. And some users were also frustrated that it’s impossible to change the currency associated with a specific client; to do so, users say you have to delete the whole client and add them again with the new currency.
